Birthday Party Planning Checklist for Clermont and Lake County Families

2 min read

Whether you are celebrating in Clermont, Minneola, Groveland, Mascotte, Montverde or Howey-in-the-Hills, a good plan keeps birthday stress low and smiles high. Use this checklist when you are renting a bounce house or water slide for your child's big day.

1. Pick the guest of honor's favorite style

Little royals will love the Princess Splash Castle, adventurers can climb aboard The Ark Adventure Kids Combo, and a big group of friends can race down Double Trouble. Check the age range on each rental page so the equipment fits your guest list.

2. Measure the space

Each rental lists its actual size and the setup area it needs. For example, the Ark Adventure Kids Combo lists a setup area of 20' L x 16' W x 13' H, while larger combos list around 33' L x 15' W x 15' H. Choose a flat, clear spot with safe access, free of debris and hazards.

3. Think about wet or dry

Many of our combos are ready for wet or dry play, so you can decide closer to the day based on the forecast and the kids. Wet-only slides are for water use only, and dry units should stay dry.

4. Have a weather plan

Florida skies change quickly. Inflatables cannot be used in rain, lightning, thunderstorms or high winds. Read our weather policy before you book, and have a backup spot for cake and gifts.

5. Line up helpers and supervision

An adult age 18 or older must supervise the inflatable at all times. Pick one or two adults to take turns so parents can still enjoy the party.

6. Reserve your date

A date is not guaranteed until booking information is submitted, payment requirements are met and we confirm your reservation. When you are ready, visit our booking page or look through all of our bounce house and water slide rentals. For more ideas, read our guide to the best kids' birthday party ideas in Clermont.
