Rental Agreement & Liability Waiver

By booking equipment from Faith & Fun Jump Co., the Renter acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the following terms.

Assumption of Risk

The Renter understands that inflatable activities involve inherent risks including serious injury, permanent disability, property damage, and death.
The Renter voluntarily accepts all risks associated with the use of inflatable equipment and assumes full responsibility for all participants.

Release of Liability

The Renter releases and discharges Faith & Fun Jump Co., its owners, employees, contractors, representatives, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, injuries, damages, losses, expenses, or causes of action arising from the use, misuse, operation, setup, or participation involving rented equipment.

This release includes claims involving bodily injury, property damage, illness, death, or other losses to the fullest extent permitted by Florida law.

Adult Supervision Required

A responsible adult age 18 or older must supervise the inflatable at all times.

The supervising adult is responsible for:

• Enforcing all safety rules
• Monitoring participant behavior
• Preventing unsafe use
• Ensuring compliance with weather restrictions

Faith & Fun Jump Co. is not responsible for injuries resulting from improper supervision.

Safety Rules

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Roughhousing
• Wrestling
• Flips
• Climbing on walls or netting
• Hanging from inflatable structures
• Shoes inside the inflatable
• Jewelry or sharp objects
• Food, drinks, candy, gum, or alcohol
• Smoking or vaping
• Fire pits or open flames nearby
• Pets on or inside equipment
• Face paint, glitter, confetti, slime, markers, silly string, colored powder, or staining substances
• Water use on dry units

Participants should be grouped by similar age and size whenever possible.

Occupancy limits must never be exceeded.

Equipment Operation

The Renter agrees:

• Not to move or relocate equipment
• Not to unplug blowers
• Not to tamper with anchors or safety equipment
• Not to operate equipment while inflating or deflating
• To immediately stop use if equipment appears unsafe
• To contact Faith & Fun Jump Co. immediately if problems occur

Weather Acknowledgement

Inflatables must never be used during:

• Rain
• Lightning
• Thunderstorms
• High winds
• Severe weather

If unsafe weather develops, all participants must immediately exit the inflatable.

Faith & Fun Jump Co. reserves the right to suspend operations, delay service, or cancel rentals when safety concerns exist.

Damage Responsibility

The Renter accepts full financial responsibility for damage occurring during the rental period.

The Renter agrees to pay for:

• Cleaning fees
• Repair costs
• Replacement costs
• Loss of business revenue resulting from damaged equipment

Damage resulting from negligence, misuse, weather exposure, unauthorized operation, or violation of safety rules remains the responsibility of the Renter.

Minimum charges may include:

• Cleaning Fees: $50 to $100 minimum
• Repair Charges: Starting at $300 minimum
• Full Equipment Replacement: $3,500 or more depending on equipment

Additional charges may apply based on the extent of damage.

Rental Period

The rental period begins and ends at the times stated on the invoice or booking confirmation.

Additional charges may apply for:

• Overnight rentals
• Multi day rentals
• Unauthorized extended use
• Delayed pickups

Once equipment has been picked up, packed, or removed, the rental period is considered complete.

Delivery Area & Additional Fees

Standard delivery includes locations within the regular service area.

Additional travel fees may apply outside standard service zones.

Additional fees may also apply for:

• Stair access
• Difficult setups
• Extended rental periods
• Overnight rentals
• Delayed pickups
• Re-delivery requests

Payment Acknowledgement

The Renter understands and agrees:

• Full payment is required to secure a booking
• Payments are non refundable
• Dates are reserved exclusively for the Renter
• No refunds are provided for cancellations or no shows
• Weather related bookings may be rescheduled at the discretion of Faith & Fun Jump Co.

Photo Consent

The Renter grants permission for Faith & Fun Jump Co. to use photographs or videos of equipment setups for marketing purposes unless written notice is provided before the event.

No personal identifying information will be published without separate consent.

Indemnification

The Renter agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Faith & Fun Jump Co. from any claims, lawsuits, losses, damages, attorney fees, or expenses arising from the rental or use of equipment.

Electronic Signature

By submitting a booking, checking an agreement box, signing electronically, or making payment, the Renter acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Rental Agreement & Liability Waiver in its entirety.
