Welcome to Faith & Fun Jump Co. By using this website, requesting a quote, booking equipment, making payment, or using any rental equipment provided by Faith & Fun Jump Co., you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

About Us

Faith & Fun Jump Co. is a faith based, family owned inflatable rental company serving Clermont, Florida and surrounding communities. Our mission is to provide safe, clean, and memorable experiences for families, schools, churches, and community events.

Reservations & Booking

Reservations are subject to equipment availability.
A reservation is not guaranteed until:
• Booking information is submitted
• Payment requirements are met
• Confirmation is issued by Faith & Fun Jump Co.

Faith & Fun Jump Co. reserves the right to refuse service or cancel reservations when necessary.

Payment Policy

Full payment is required to secure a reservation unless otherwise approved by Faith & Fun Jump Co.

All pricing is firm and non negotiable.

Accepted payment methods may include:

• Credit cards
• Debit cards
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay
• Tap to Pay
• Zelle
• Other approved payment methods

Returned payments, chargebacks, or disputed charges may result in additional fees and cancellation of future bookings.

Cancellation Policy

Payments and deposits are non refundable.

In cases of severe weather or circumstances approved by Faith & Fun Jump Co., rental credits or rescheduling may be offered at the sole discretion of the company.

No refunds will be issued for:

• Customer cancellations
• No shows
• Unused rental time
• Early equipment pickup
• Weather related interruptions

Delivery & Setup

Delivery includes setup and removal of rental equipment.

The customer is responsible for ensuring:

• Adequate setup space
• Safe access to the installation area
• Access to electrical power if required
• Removal of obstacles, debris, and hazards
Additional fees may apply for:
• Extended rental periods
• Overnight rentals
• Difficult setup locations
• Additional travel distances
• Delayed pickups

Equipment Responsibility

The customer accepts full responsibility for all equipment from delivery until pickup.

Equipment may not be:

• Moved
• Repositioned
• Modified
• Tampered with
• Operated in an unsafe manner

The customer is responsible for any damage caused by negligence, misuse, vandalism, theft, weather exposure, or failure to follow safety instructions.

Weather Policy

Safety is our highest priority.

Equipment must not be used during:

• Rain
• Lightning
• Thunderstorms
• High winds
• Severe weather conditions

Faith & Fun Jump Co. reserves the right to cancel, delay, remove, or suspend equipment operation if conditions are deemed unsafe.

Photo & Video Consent

Faith & Fun Jump Co. may photograph or record equipment setups for marketing purposes.

No personal identifying information will be used without separate permission.

Customers may opt out by providing written notice before the event.

Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, graphics, photographs, videos, and written materials are the property of Faith & Fun Jump Co.

Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

Privacy

Information submitted through our website may be used to:

• Process bookings
• Communicate regarding services
• Provide customer support
• Improve customer experience

Faith & Fun Jump Co. does not sell customer information to third parties.

Limitation of Liability

Customers assume all risks associated with inflatable use.
